Fernando Alonso is news for the opening of its own museum and adjacent karting track in his native community, Asturias. Specifically in the town of Llanera, between Gijón and Oviedo.

Even the Spanish driver Pedro de la Rosa, his current McLaren team boss Eric Boullier and his former Renault team boss Flavio Briatore accompanied the Spanish champion in the opening.
The contents of the museum is spectacular with more than 270 elements for the life and the evolution of Fernando Alonso from his early karts to cars or helmets who won his 2 Formula World Championships 1.
The items are unique from 17 McLaren cars including Senna, racing clothes, trophies, some videos, interactive material and even signed helmets of other drivers Fernando has been exchanging to throughout his career.
No doubt the visit is a must and you can even take a souvenir of your visit with its exclusive merchandising shop. The opening hours of facilities 10:00 a 20:00 every day of the week including Sundays and holidays, so availability is complete.
Access is public and the ticket price is 15 € with discounts for children under 12 years and older 65 and the numerous groups.
